With panic in their voices, they called us. The holiday season was in full swing when our customers were notified. Kohls announced it was switching Direct to Consumer processing companies and the change was coming down like a hammer the day after Christmas.
Facing the risk of the customer’s product dropping off the Kohl’s website, our customers needed quick action – holiday season or not.
The Business Challenge
With so many customers affected by this change and a very short window to get it done, we needed an expedited action plan that would enable this new partnership in record time.
Our special strike force for this project comprised of Technical Support and Development staff coordinated with our Administrative staff to schedule the different migration plans, make the process updates and transition each customer on time without missing a sale.
