Hello all,
Milestone 11 is now live! If you have any issues please contact support@edioptions.com. Below is a list of all the changes made in this milestone update.
PO Manager
Our PO Manager now displays units shipped and invoiced at the item level in addition to the already existing header level, providing more details to users.
In addition, checks have been added to the Auto Invoicing process to validate against pre-existing invoices and prevent users from duplicating invoice numbers. Also part of the Auto Invoicing process, a new grouping option at the store level allows users to see quantities at the store level, and if needed, completely exclude a store from the process.
New Menu Design
With the EDI OptCenter’s growing number of applications, a new menu design was needed to allow for easier navigation between pages. Our new tiered menu design does just that, giving users a much cleaner, more organized way to access their applications.
Packing List and Invoice Manager Improvements
As part of our core tools provided by the EDI OptCenter, we paid special attention to the Packing List and Invoice Managers. Performance enhancements have been made for various key functionalities, such as creating, validating, scheduling, and deleting transactions.
New Message Delivery Method
In order to always keep our users informed, we have added a new section to the top of the EDI OptCenter, allowing our team to deliver important information to users, such as helpful tips about using your browser!
Upgraded Database Standards
We’ve made several changes to our internal database protocols in order to meet new database standards and requirements as well as to improve performance.
New Report Options for Transaction Details
The EDI OptCenter’s Transaction Details page provides important information to users about their daily activities. The page’s structure has been improved in order to be able to deliver actionable reporting options, starting with the 7 Day Activity Report.
Improved Report Download Speed
An overhaul of our report delivery system has been put in place to allow for much faster download times for reports.
D2C Manager
Formerly named the PO Drop Ship Manager, the D2C Manager has been enhanced to provide additional filtering, and combining of transactional documents into zip files by transaction.
