New Menu & Navigation Style:
We’ve changed the look of the OptCenter’s Navigation bar a bit and moved it over to the left side of the page! Our AppCenter users may recognize some similarities. The functionality is still the same; however this new style will offer a much sleeker and consistent means of navigating the EDI OptCenter.
Don’t worry; the old navigation bar is still at the top of the page until our users can get accustomed to the new style.
New Views & Features in our Auto Invoicing tool:
Our Auto-Invoicing tool has received a wonderful new update that has added new views and features to its capabilities!
Users will now have the ability to view distributed orders by “Item #/Store”, “UPC/Store”, “SKU #/Store”. Users now also have the ability to completely remove a store from a shipment by using these features.
New OptCenter Documents: Routing Request (753) & Routing Instructions (754):
OptCenter users who are required to do business using the 753 & 754 EDI documents can now do so through our interface!
Users have the ability to generate a routing request directly from the PO Page, as well as receive a report when a 754 is received.
New Sales Data Analytics:
EDI OptCenter users who are using our Sales Data Analytics features will now enjoy a new display/UI that easily loads and navigates through your crucial data without the need to click a link and take you there.
Easily view all charts and graphs with all the same great speed through the EDI OptCenter!
Bulk Packing List Validation Tool:
Some of our users have specific business needs and EDI Options is always there to jump in and make those needs a reality. A few of our clients needed a way to bulk validate any “Saved” Packing Lists on the OptCenter very quickly due to the amount of Shipments being sent daily.
Users that have access to this tool will be able to select any number of Packing Lists and click the Bulk Validation button and have any Packing List Validated on the fly without the need to open each Packing List and click Validate, saving tons of time!
Improvements:
- New Password Encryption! Data Security is extremely important to EDI Options and we take it very seriously. We’re always taking steps to improve our security so you can have peace of mind.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where deleting or shipping a Packing List or Invoice would sometimes not update the Item Quantity Trackers in the “Shipped 0/1” or “Invoiced 0/1” Columns on the Purchase Order Screen.
- Fixed an issue where changing your Shipment type during Packing List Creation would cause your current selection of Purchase Orders to reset.
- Fixed an issue where invoicing by PO & Store would sometimes create an invoice for a deleted / removed store or item.
