WebForm Interface Update
We’ve changed the look of our Packing List & Invoice Creation Pages!
We hope you enjoy the new look of each. Both pages still have all the functionality of the previous versions plus more! The new look should help clear up any clutter on the screen while creating Packing Lists and Invoices by allowing you to first focus on the Header Data of a shipment, and then just the Item / Carton details.
Look forward to an EDI Options video completely explaining the changes!
Help Button
The help button has received a bit of a makeover! You will now find all FAQ’s for the current page you are on when you click this button. Any FAQ with a video attached will now have a small “Play” button icon attached to the question.
The “Contact Support” tab has been removed and is now a button at the bottom of the Help Tab.
Dynamic Fields
We now have the ability to add specific fields to the Create Packing List & Create Invoice Screens!
For Example: Need to add a field for shipping charges? Send a request to EDI Options and we can now add it in for you, without changing the settings for any of your other partners!
Add PO / Remove PO Buttons
Users now have the ability to add a Purchase Order to a Packing List while you are in the middle of creating one. This is handy if you started to create a Packing List for a PO and forgot to add a different PO that is shipping to the same place!
Bug Fixes
Various bugs and fixes to improve your experience have been addressed.
